Choose the information to prepare, open the matching tool, and use the acceptance check before printing a batch. These project briefs include sample captions and practical checks for each use.
Create a business card, sticker, poster, or table card and download a print PDF →Restaurant table card
Sample caption: View today’s menu
- Prepare
- A public menu page or PDF that opens while signed out. Decide how you will keep the same address when the menu changes.
- Ready when
- A guest can scan the card in its holder, read the menu on a phone, and request a printed alternative.
Guest Wi-Fi card
Sample caption: Guest Wi-Fi — ask us if you need help
- Prepare
- The exact guest SSID and password for a supported WPA-style network. Decide where the credentials should be visible.
- Ready when
- A device without saved credentials joins the intended network and reaches the internet. Remove old cards after a password change.
Contact badge
Sample caption: Save my name and phone number
- Prepare
- A full name and international phone number intended for sharing. The embedded contact tool supports those two fields.
- Ready when
- The receiving app imports the correct fields. Include a readable name and phone number for visitors who do not scan.
Support chat sign
Sample caption: Chat about a repair
- Prepare
- The recipient’s full WhatsApp number and an optional short opening message. Confirm who will answer.
- Ready when
- The intended conversation and message appear. Scanning does not itself send a message, so do not treat scans as support requests.
Equipment instruction label
Sample caption: Read the setup instructions
- Prepare
- A stable public web page, or a short literal text note if it should be readable without a website.
- Ready when
- The label survives the final print process and points to the right equipment instructions. Record which labels need replacing when content changes.
